Finally we have Ryder from Denver. This 40 year old's transition has been a road of self-medication and the realization that family can be, "really cool." Changing his name to his father's, his mom was more concerned about his health. Working to save for top surgery, Ryder's just glad he has, "deflated" nicely and has a great set of pecks.
